Our client recognised that in order to successfully sell their property, potential purchasers needed to be able to visualise themselves living there. They had recently renovated the property but it was empty and sole-less, so we were approached to assist with 'home staging' to provide some warmth and character.

We agreed a budget with the client for dressing items to purchase and we added furniture, artwork and accessories to make the place feel more like a home - gratifyingly the property received 2 over-asking offers the first weekend it was launched onto the market!
