As a recommended add-on to our Full Service offerings, we also offer a project management services, where we are the eyes and ears on site to give our clients total peace of mind. We use our years of construction and renovation experience to give clients back time and control;

  • coordination & execution of work with architects, builders and trades

  • budget & project timeline tracking

  • ordering, checking and returning goods

  • arranging storage etc.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTING

If you are seeking focused, expert guidance for specific elements of your project, we also offer an interior design consulting service.

This service can be tailored to each client’s particular needs and we can support in a variety of different ways including by providing targeted advice and guidance, suggesting sources for inspiration etc;

Book a Zoom meeting directly into Emily’s diary for focused design advice;

•1hr @ £190 High level design discussions – eg design dilemmas, space planning conundrums, how to get a renovation project started etc

•2hr @ £380 Great for discussing a project in greater detail, such as an extension or renovation, lighting, flow of a property, kitchen or bathroom design etc

Our consulting service is also available to purchase in blocks of 5hrs + where more practical assistance is required, such as producing drawings, or carrying out research on your behalf to establish feasibility or project budgets, or even sourcing and procuring key items on your behalf. You can set time limits and the assistance can be paused or restarted as your project progresses, so that you remain in control.
